Driveway Envy specializes in neighborhood group rate programs. In fact, we consistently work in over 30 (and growing) single builder home communities and Townhome Associations across the Twin Cities metro and Western Wisconsin each year. Developing solid relationships based on trust and transparency is part of the reason why neighborhoods continue to work with us. We know that home maintenance can be expensive and difficult to coordinate - so we do our part by helping the community save money and making it easy and painless for everyone to get in on proper home maintenance. The end result is a community with increased home values, a community that looks well maintained, and individual cost savings due to group discounts + cost savings by not needing expensive repairs later on (by foregoing regular maintenance).
